Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology Society under the leadership of Alhaj. B.S.Abdur Rahman. Ever since its inception, the institute grew to the status of a "Deemed to be University" in 2009 under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
